Foliage: Known for its unique, heart-shaped leaves with creamy white to yellow coloration at each leaf's center. The leaves and stems are very thick compared to other hoya species. Slow-growing and prefers to climb.

Flowers: Clusters of creamy-white with burgundy centres.
