While not confirmed, the variegation on the mother plant, from which this is a 'cutting clone', suggests that it is a cultivar that originated in Hawaii. With larger splashes of green and yellow, the contrast between the colours is visually stunning.

Like it's more muted cousin, the Golden Pothos, its vines can reach up to 40 feet in length and it will encircle trees in the wild, reaching up to the sky, growing leaves that are 30" long and fenestrated.

As a houseplant, it definitely won't get that big but it will still provide you a lot of satisfaction with its beautiful and lush display. Definitely a starter plant, it will thrive in various conditions - lower light, bright light, less water, a little too much water, etc. It is the perfect place to start your Plant Parent journey.
