Hoya sp. rangsan 'splash'
Hoya sp. rangsan 'splash'
2.5" nursery pot.
Weird things are happening in the Hoya world and this Hoya is right in the thick of the drama. In order to simplify naming protocol for different hoya clones, they are being reclassified with their parent species. So, Hoya sp. rangsan will be classified with Hoya latifolia. This change hasn't hit all vendors and greenhouses yet so until there is agreement, we'll stick with the name on our original mama plant's vendor tag.
Foliage: Dark green, waxy leaves with white splashes. The leaves are longitudinally ridged with a central line.
Flowers: Flower petals are cream and the corona is white with a yellow centre. The flowers are identical to the flowers of macrophylla and polystachya, which are now also called Hoya latifolia.
