The Philodendron radiatum is a climbing aroid with larger, thicker leaves, distinguished from P. warscewiczii by its more dramatic lobed leaves. Its leaf shape changes from heart-shaped in youth, to deeply incised in maturity.  Originating from the rainforest, this plant thrives in humid environments. As a vigorous, adaptable evergreen species in the wild, it can be found growing epiphytically on trees or the ground.
