Please don't never call this a Mini-monstera or a Philodendron ginny in front of me (insert: nails on a chalkboard sound), we have evolved and know better.  

This tropical plant, Rhaphidophora tetrasperma var., features shiny green leaves with white variegation. The plant's variegation can occur naturally or, now more commonly, through genetic modification via vegetative propagation and selective breeding.  This plant, while still hard to find on the Canadian market, will become more readily available in the short term.
