PLANT CARE PRODUCTS & MERCH ARE STILL AVAILABLE OVER THE WINTER!
All of our plants go through a minimum, 6-week acclimatization period in our isolation area. Not all plants arrive to our facility in prime condition. We are committed to nursing them back to health before we market them to you. Please understand that the level and intensity of the commitment involved in bringing some of these plants to market will affect their price.
Everything on display in our shop is ready to purchase. We don't do pre-sales, it is first come - first serve. We will advertise major restocks and the inclusion of trendy plants, well in advance, on our Instagram and Facebook pages. Follow us @sweetlifeflora and have fun shopping in our store!
We have a tried and true packing protocol that will limit unforeseen damage during shipping (barring extreme circumstances that are completely out of our control). Winter shipping protocol starts in October. All packages going through our shipping partner will be packed in a complimentary, custom box with an insulated liner and a heat pack.
We ship to Canada and the Continental US. We only ship on Mondays, bright and early! We only ship using 1-2 day courier service (FedEx, Purolator or UPS) whenever possible. If you live rurally, we will do our utmost to limit shipping times. Note that we do everything possible to keep our shipping prices reasonable. Please read our Shipping Policy and our FAQs before making a purchase.
Please reach out by email, phone or from the 'Contact Us' page if there is a problem with your order. Send pictures! Pictures are worth 1000 words. Please be aware, if your plant was shipped, it may take some time under your care to bounce back from its experience. A certain amount of 'shipping shock' is normal. We are open-minded, responsive and will work with you to ensure you have a positive experience.
