Hoya mathilde is a hybrid of Hoya carnosa and Hoya serpens, prized for its compact size, vigorous but moderate growth, and prolific, early blooming habit. 

Foliage: Small, succulent, oval-shaped leaves often flecked with silver. This plant has a trailing or climbing vining habit, making it suitable for hanging baskets or shelves. 

Flowers: Clusters of fuzzy, star-shaped flowers that are creamy white with a central pink or purplish star. They have a sweet, sometimes cinnamon-like, fragrance. Known to bloom relatively early compared to some other Hoyas and is a reliable re-bloomer, often producing new flowers from the same peduncle.
