The Hoya silver lady ghost is a hybrid, trailing Hoya known for its striking, silver-dusted foliage and easy-care nature. 

Foliage: Features thick, semi-succulent, oval-shaped leaves with a silvery, metallic sheen. The leaves are silver with darker green speckles, marbling, or veining. Exposure to bright light can cause leaves to develop a deeper green or reddish hue.

Flowers: clusters of small, star-shaped blooms that are a pale pink. The flowers have a subtle, sweet fragrance.
