Please don't never call this a Mini-monstera or a Philodendron ginny in front of me (insert: nails on a chalkboard sound), we have evolved and know better.  

This tropical plant, Rhaphidophora tetrasperma, features shiny green leaves and is a fast-growing, tropical vine native to Southeast Asia.  It's characterized by its distinctive split leaves, similar to those of a Monstera, but smaller and more manageable. The plant has a climbing habit, requiring support like a pole or trellis to climb up.
